Digital Medical Assistant
Digital Medical Assistant is a calm, offline-first Windows organizer for personal and family health information.
Create separate family profiles and keep medicines, recurring schedules, appointments, doctors, documents, and activity connected to the correct person. Review the day from a single dashboard, record completed or skipped medicine tasks, prepare for appointments, keep post-visit notes, and open saved documents in their associated Windows applications.
Your current-version data stays on the signed-in Windows account. The app does not require an online account, include advertising, or upload your health records to a developer-operated cloud service.
Key capabilities:
- Organize up to five family profiles on the Free plan
- Choose saved medicines or add new medicines, with up to twelve daily dose times
- Track medicine tasks as taken, skipped, or snoozed
- Schedule, reschedule, cancel, complete, and permanently delete appointments
- Save doctors, departments, clinics, and contact information
- Add prescriptions, reports, scans, and general documents
- Filter medicines, appointments, and documents by one or more profiles
- Review family activity in a chronological timeline
- Use Light, Less Light, Less Dark, Dark, or Windows System appearance
- Choose centimeters or inch and kilograms or lbs for display
- Create and restore complete local backups containing the database and managed documents
- Permanently erase the entire local workspace when required
- Read complete in-app documentation and privacy guidance
Important medical limitation: Digital Medical Assistant is an organizational tool. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, verify prescriptions, provide emergency services, or replace a doctor, pharmacist, caregiver, or other qualified professional. Notifications may be delayed or missed. Never rely on the app as the only way to remember medicine, appointments, monitoring, or urgent care.
Planned Pro functionality is shown as Coming soon and is not included in this release.
